Remove Trips Columns and Update ETA data handling #26

Description

This PR covers the following changes:

Lat and Lon columns removed, and modes/tests updated accordingly
Changes ETA from seconds to minutes
Add string version of ETA (e.g. "13 mins")

Motivation and Context

Satisfies request from Front End team
