Develope a driver for network card 82540EM

What goals would this enhancement help you to achieve?
Enable Embox network support on VirtualBox

according to http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/QEMU/Devices/Network Qemu doesn't 
support 8254x family, but virtio is ok for both VM
