What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Implement getifaddrs. It appears like inside network stack all the information 
is ready.

What goals would this enhancement help you to achieve?
It will allow some application, e.g. samba client, to query information about 
available network interfaces.

How are you going to implement the enhancement?
