Ack, just discovered that Windows 7 doesn't support per-user keyboard mappings.
So this isn't a bug per se, but perhaps could be mentioned in an FAQ or on the
front page.

Is it officially confirmed from MS that per-user keyboard mapping under
Windows 7 isn't supported anymore? Maybe ist necessary to first activate the
per-user mapping somewhere under HKLM.

Hi
Per-user mappings were never documented, they just started working in XP,
continued through Vista, and stopped working in Windows 7. I haven't tried on
Windows 8 yet!

I would avoid the above link, as it tries to install several pieces of adware.
SharpKeys (http://www.randyrants.com/2011/12/sharpkeys_35.html) seems to be a
lot more trustworthy, and also works for Windows 7. keymapper's interface is a
lot nicer, though. :)
