Add support for Soundcloud short URLs #109

Adds support for shortened Soundcloud URLs. One example is https://on.soundcloud.com/D2ipz

As @topi314 pointed out, it's probably more reliable to use the Location header. Due to a quirk of my HTTP client I didn't see it.
