Leper Gnomes double hit #288

Obvious explanation would be https://classic.wowhead.com/spell=8876/thrash but combat log doesn't show "Leper Gnome gains extra attacks through Thrash" WoW_AUo4TDPAfE

Lunaclaw [12138] has a similar behaviour, though I haven't seen the combat log to confirm whether or not it mentions thrash. I do know Lunaclaw is supposed to have this multiple attack behaviour though, as I've seen it on Classic. Regradless I believe this is a vmangos issue rather than something specific to Everlook.
