10 slot bag found in treasure box (wrong level bracket)

there are 3 quest rewards for 10 slot bags that i am aware of. Wetlands (ooze quest) Wailing Caverns quest (lvl 20-26 instance) or leveling Tailoring up to Silk Cloth to craft 10 slot

Bashal'Aran treasure box dropped a 10 slot bag. at best it could drop an 8 slot bag

loot table is off for this level

It should be impossible for a lvl 11 player to have a 10 slot bag (unless buying from vendor) at best it should drop 8 slot bag

There is only one mob in Darkshore who drop this bag it's the Stormscale Warrior :

But it shouldn't be lootable in any chest in Darkshore :
