Mage: Blizzard not is proccing clearcasting #519

Blizzard is not proccing clearcasting

I've been testing it on mobs, as well as reading others reports in the Mage forums. Clearcasting procs on fireblast, frost nova etc from what I can tell with limited testing, but does not proc on blizzard at all.

Blizzard can definitely proc clearcasting. Any mage spell that does damage can.
