Support 4.0? #16

Crosswalk supports back to API14 so maybe give it a shot. That may be the lowest we can go and have a reasonable browser option

Real dependency on the newer crosswalks is api16. We can probably support 4.1 for 0.6 but not lower unless there's another browser option
