App Redesign to match WallPanel for iOS #7

Android app to be redesigned to match the iOS design: dashboard-centric (always loads to dashboard) with optional slide-out

Won't add the slide-out to the Android version at this time as it seems pretty wonky with Crosswalk. However will change the flow so that we're always launching the launchUrl
