Pull down to refresh triggers too easily #71

Description Whenever I am pinching / zooming (say in an embedded webpage in the dashboard) or even just trying to drag a slider left / right the "pull down to refresh" (for lack of a better term) gets triggered. I have to be extremely careful in my movements not to trigger it and even then is a fight and keeps wanting to trigger no matter how careful I try to be with my movements.
