Added support for PIC24FJXXXGA0XX family #4

The following pull request is to add support for PIC24FJXXXGA0XX family, note that this family seems to have different timings of PIC24FJ. The things tested are as follows

Erase chip picberry -e -g 66,67,60 -f pic24fjxxxga0xx
Blank check picberry -b -g 66,67,60 -f pic24fjxxxga0xx
Write a hex file picberry -w file.hex -g 66,67,60 -f pic24fjxxxga0xx -Read the hex file picberry -r file.hex -g 66,67,60 -f pic24fjxxxga0xx
Read configuration registers. picberry -d -g 66,67,60 -f pic24fjxxxga0xx
