overview.txt is completely outdated #23

The overview.txt file in the root of the hierarchy describes < 20% of the source files, and is likely inaccurate by now. It's probably best to just delete this file.

Went ahead and removed it. Documentation should, in general, be kept within whatever file is being documented. Might be worth settings the project up with something like Doxygen in the future.
