Significant changes:

• Decrease excessive use of templates.
• Introduce an IoPin type that abstracts the platform-specific PrimitiveIoPin and handles inversions, etc. This also makes it possible to compile any machine with make MACHINE=... MACHINE_CLASS=generic to run a machine on any platform (uses dummy hardware I/O operations).
• Rearrange files. src/drivers -> src/iodrivers and anything in that folder that doesn't derive from IODriver or isn't IO-related was moved to more appropriate folders (drivers/_coordmap.h -> motion/_coordmap.h).
• Add a Servo class (experimental).
• Machine::getIoDrivers() no longer has to return the A4988 stepper drivers - these are now managed by the CoordMap.
• Introduce auto-generated documentation using cldoc. Docs can be viewed online here (still very much a work-in-progress).
• Introduce automatic unit-testing using the CATCH framework.
• Integrate with Travis CI to auto-compile docs and run tests after each push.
• Implement additional M-codes (M111, M115, M117, M119 (partial), M280, M999).
• Officially support clang compiler.

Lower-level Internal Changes:

• Removed Event class altogether and just use OutputEvents.
• Remove AxisHomeSteppers - replace with CoordMap::executeHomeRoutine() function.
• CoordMaps now have the ability to inject their own IoDrivers into the tuple returns from the Machine by implementing the getDependentIoDrivers() function.
• Replace many std::array<float, 4> and std::array<float, 3> with explicit Vector objects & make use of their mathematical operations in motion planning.

Etc:

• Remove machines/rpi/kosselpi.h; implement machines/rpi/kosselrampsfd.h, which interfaces a raspberry pi to a ramps-fd board using only jumpers.
• Replaced rcthermistor.h with a better implementation for ramps-fd (supports auto-calibration of the pin's threshold voltage).
• Replace machines/generic/example.h with an actual usable machine: machines/generic/cartesian.h.

Pulling this before it gets too massive - build passes all tests; movement, fan control and hotend control all work fine on an actual kosselrampsfd machine. I assume that extrusion works, but I haven't been able to tune my PID loop enough to actually do a test print.
