Ponyc update 0.19.1 #37

We are switching to mainline ponyc for Wallaroo. pony-kafka also needs to be switched over (#5). These changes bring pony-kafka up to compatibility with ponyc 0.19.1.

Do not merge yet, as we need to decide how we intend to move these over in concert.

Closes #5.

Ok, sounds good. I meant to go over the plan for coordinating with Wallaroo but things are taking a little longer than expected on that side. I'll get back to you on that tomorrow.
