Update to mainline ponyc 0.15.0 #6

We are switching to mainline ponyc for Wallaroo. pony-kafka also needs to be switched over (#5). These changes begin that work, bringing pony-kafka up to compatibility with ponyc 0.15.0.

Do not merge yet, as we need to decide how we intend to move these over in concert.

@dipinhora This isn't meant to be merged. If you have a chance to check if this looks good so far, that would be helpful. Once I get my branch up to 0.19.1, we should have a conversation about how we move forward.
