Opon every reboot the bot adds xp to the persistent file, making user levels dubbel every reboot.

Might check if it is a good idea to increase the XP level needed to level up.

Lvl 1-10 = 100 xp Lvl 11-100 = 1000 XP Lvl 101+ = 2500 XP

Or something like that...
