feat: EIP-6492 #513

Description

Adds support for EIP-6492 signatures which are necessary for verification of our smart account.

Remaining work:

[x] Fix cargo udeps error: https://github.com/est31/cargo-udeps/issues/265
[x] Merge and use tagged version of https://github.com/WalletConnect/WalletConnectRust/pull/78
[ ] Use https://github.com/WalletConnect/WalletConnectRust/pull/80
