The member can:

• [ ] get own dictionaries / favorite dictionaries
• [ ] favorite / unfavorite an existing public dictionary
• [ ] create his own dictionary with a title and description (limited in length 80).
• [ ] remove his own dictionary.
• [ ] reference a word group from the public dictionary into his own dictionary.
• [ ] remove a word group from his own dictionary.
