Investigate arrow knockback #25

A couple players mentioned that arrow knockback was off. We already suspect arrow damage potentially stacking / acting weird.

We don't know enough about arrow kb at the moment to fix anything though, so we'll need more data / testimonies / an understanding of the problem.

Is this an issue on stratus/occ too? Looks like we've got the same knockback values.

Mattjames recorded some footage while I shot him on a Walrus server. He's in 1.7. We went to test out the KB on Stratus afterwards, and felt that it was more forceful there. On Stratus, you seem to take a decent 1.5 blocks, whereas on Walrus it'll be roughly a block.
