Update to allow plugin to work for Phpstorm 2021.3 #47

Hi.

I'm trying to use this with the EAP/Beta versions of Phpstorm (2021.3) and it's complaining:

Would there be any easy way to allow this plugin to work with the new versions of Phpstorm? Thank you!

Same for WebStorm 2021.3.

This is released with build range for 213.5744—213.*, it can take them 48 hours to approve, though. It should automatically update soon. Thank you!
