It can't not work in android 4.0 when reboot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install market MarketEnabler and MarketEnabler donate key from goole play.
2.fake to T-mobile and set fakeonBoot to T-mobile
3.when I reboot my phone ,It don't fake to T-mobile

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when I using android 2.3.5,It is fun.But I update android 4.0,It don't work 
when I reboot my phone.
notice:I have buy MarketEnabler donate key and install it.

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
I'm using Xiaomi MI-ONE C1,and ROM is android stock 4.0

I mean It can fake T-mobile by manually,But It can't fake T-mobile by 
fakeonBoot.

Same here. ME fake function works, and with a USA vpn I have access to paid 
apps in the market. 
Fake On Boot does not fake anything on boot though. 

SGS3 4.0.4 here.

it somehow doesnt get the boot completed intent on ICS always (works on some 
devices???)

I have the same issue (fakeonBoot not working).

ICS 4.0.4 on a no name RK29 tablet.  Got into an ADB shell to get some logcat 
output (attached) Maybe someone can make sense of it.

same problem on galaxy s2 aokp rom with cm9 kernel. faking only works from app, 
not on boot
