Swedish and German fraktur support #379

I have compiled .traineddata-files for Swedish and German written in fraktur. 
Neither is the language I'm most interested in myself, so they haven't been 
thoroughly tested and there is probably room for improvement — I'm just 
publishing them here in the hope that they might be useful to others.

As for the legalese, I hereby release them under the Apache 2.0 license (and 
also into the public domain if that is of any use to anyone).
