Practice exercises #359

Lichess has this [https://lichess.org/practice](). I think it would be good, especially for new players, to have this on lishogi too.

These exercises are 'practice with ai' studies - you can see the config and study ids here [https://lichess.org/practice/config]().

Therefore in order to add this, we need to think of the sections we want to have and then create and organize a set of studies. I don't believe I'm capable of creating these exercises, so if you want to help please comment with a link to the study containing the relevant problems - look to lichess for reference. Same as puzzles the solutions need to be unambiguous. Copying the problems from somewhere else is fine, if we have the author's permission. After we have enough problems I will push it to the server.

Hidetchi shogi tactics playlist, for ideas https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnkQW7ICj3Y&list=PL21FDA461581A65D6 Shogi has no named checkmate patterns like in chess AFAIK. They solve lots of tsumeshogi instead.

If these are 'practice with AI' studies that would mean a unique solution isn't necessary.
