Banned users #400

Hello I m not sure whether it is a bug or not but this is not good so basically what is:

A banned user can play casual games which users who are not banned

Conclusion: This should not be allowed a banned user should be able to play with a banned user only

Isn't this the case in lichess too? Just those who are play banned/banned from playing can't play if I'm right.

If I am not wrong @TheYoBots In lichess you can play only with a banned human account

I thought in lichess a banned user could still accept challenges from other players. Not sure about issuing challenges.

I dont think this is a good idea!

  1. I am not sure who will regulating the rules for banning. We should have moderator badge?
  2. The queue to play sometimes takes so long, we are not that popular yet. The side effect is increase the queue time.
  3. If this was implemented please give proper documentation, is it possible we should give possibility to unban a user.
  4. I am suggesting that we disable issuing challenges and joining public lobby + tournament. So banned user still able to receive challenges and play with bot.
