Script error #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run cut list in Sketchup 2013

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 4.1.4
Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
While I am just getting started with cut list, I also just upgraded to SketchUp 
2013. I do not get this error running Sketchup 8.

See the temporary solution I provided there.
Btw, you may also have this issue in SKU8, now that you've installed SKU2013 as 
the installtion of 2013 changes common properties to SKU - specifically the min 
version of MSIE supported is now IE8 - which is what is the root cause of this 
issue).
