What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://localhost:3000/events/new新建一个日程
2. 
重复选择“按周”，默认把当天是星期几勾上了（比如今天��
�会勾上星期二）
3. 提交

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: 生成包括今天在内的16个instance
instead: 生成了从下周开始的16个instance
