Possibility to put List of Figures and List of Tables at the end of the document instead of at the beginning.

It is just a draft, if you plan to accept that change I would also change the documentation.

I think this change might be useful in the pandoc default template. Please file an Issue there or create a pull request. I regularly merge from the pandoc default template, so any changes there will be included in Eisvogel.
