I'm having some trouble with eisvogel and the header of book option. I want a clean header, without the rule, but i can't get it right.
All the pages have the header "Sumário", which should be only the toc header.
This is my preamble:

If the disable-header-and-footer is false, i don't get the book template, it became like this:
