Cannot use together with pandoc-crossref #304

Tried a number of situations:

  1. When using this eisvogel template without using the --listings options, pandoc-crossref work well.
  2. When using this template with the --listings option, pandoc complains that \begin{lstlisting} is not defined. I then force included the "listings" package, it complains that \passthrough cannot be found.
