Precipitation chance doesn't get updated on the widget. Stays at 0% #394

After noticing that the percentage seemed to be broken, I set it to a location that was actively raining and the precipitation chance didn't budge from 0.

The only provider that seems to work in the states is Accuweather. Also, the city doesn't matter I think as it applies to every city. Ive tested this numerous times with other cities with various percentages of rain reported.
