I recently noticed I no longer receive precipitation notifications in advance of any precipitation. This is on 3.102 F-Droid. Unfortunately I don't recall the last version I used that did not have this problem. My provider is set to AccuWeather and I've experienced this issue in locations between the Midwestern US and US south coast.
