Themed/monochrome icon support #477

Fixes https://github.com/WangDaYeeeeee/GeometricWeather/issues/411, https://github.com/WangDaYeeeeee/GeometricWeather/issues/430. Android 13 introduced a new feature called themed icons. The developer already added monochrome icon on dev branch.
