Daily Forecast view is messed up in the evenings #506

I'm guessing somewhere in the code you default to GMT to change the date in the Daily Forecast view. As a result you see the bug shown in the attached.

It's still Wednesday, so Wed still shows in the Daily Forecast. But Thursday has been replaced with "Today".
