PacBio Reads? #4

Hello! I have some samples that we have no Illumina reads for. Do you have any sense of whether the PacBio data will produce the split reads to work appropriately in your software?

I did not test PacBio data, but I think it may be not suitable for Prophage Tracer, which is dependent on the high quality of Illumina reads. However, if the PacBio data you used are the HiFi reads, I think it maybe ok to use it like the Illumina reads. However, the present version of Prophage Tracer is only suitable for pair-end reads but not single reads.
