Thanks for the excellent question. DEPTH was originally designed for analyzing bulk data. Yes, pseudo-bulk is required if analyzing scRNA-Seq data. In analyzing scRNA-Seq data, metadata should be individual patients.

Hi, team I wondering how does this tool work on scRNAseq? Does it require pseudo-bulk? If so, what metadata is recommended to be used as pseudo group? If not, how to interpret sample heterogeneity with cell level ITH returned by DEPTH? Appreciate your response.
