Question: Does it work using Kallisto output #1

Hello,

Does PreMSIm work using Kallisto output? Is RSEM mandatory?

How many samples are required for the analysis? Does it require both normal and tumor samples? I'm worried about the scaling if only one or tumor samples are used.
