A wrong example is given under the performance function in the user guide. No details of the function is present either.

Admittedly, the wrong example command was given, but since it is only an example, we do not think that it is a high-severity bug.

Reason for disagreement: It is high-severity as the guide does not explain what the performance command does. The wrong example is only part of the bug. Readers using the guide would be rather confused about the presence of the command and not gain any knowledge or usage guidance about it - which is the purpose of such a user guide.
