Yesterday, I gave a speech at the weekend school. I was the final speaker and the only man. I’d give myself an 85 for this public talk; I lost points for not standing up and for my pauses not being natural enough. Compared to the other three women, both my content preparation and delivery were notably better.

Confidently speaking, this public speech was a success, and it was a nearly perfect debut for me personally.

Hard work pays off; effort always yields results.

Honestly, I've become disillusioned with the so-called "leaders" in the system, especially some "decorative" female leaders.

In the system, the only metric for "achievement" is the size of your "position" or "rank." But the factors determining "promotion" are diverse, and their essence is to make it easier for the ruling class to manage, not to improve the people's welfare.

What a discouraging reality.

I can’t help but think of the lyrics from Li Zongsheng: "After crossing the hills, I find no one waiting."

It’s like reaching the end after so many sails, only to find I’ve been going the wrong way. Things turned out contrary to my wishes.

It's truly disheartening.

Gave a speech at Weekend School yesterday. Last speaker, only male. I rate myself 85/100. Lost points for sitting, unnatural pauses. Better than three female speakers in content and delivery.

Confidently, this speech was successful. A near-perfect debut for me.

Hard work pays off.

Honestly, I'm disillusioned with so-called "leaders" in the system. Especially certain "ornamental" female leaders.

In the system, only measure of "achievement" is position or rank. Promotion factors are diverse. Essence is "ease of ruling class control," not "improving people's welfare."

How depressing.

Reminds me of Li Zongsheng's lyrics: "Crossing the hill, finding no one waiting."

Like reaching the end, only to realize you've gone the wrong way.

Truly disheartening.
