E.g. Turkish (#21) Maybe the problem is a set of some same keys:

layout_en = [[~QWERTYUIOP{}ASDFGHJKL:"|ZXCVBNM<>?`qwertyuiop[]asdfghjkl;'\zxcvbnm,./]]
