Hi there, I'm wondering if it's possible to meta-analyse more than 2 datasets at once? Thanks

Hi, Thank you for your interest in CookHLA.

As to the HLA imputation, No.

If you are going to perform HLA fine-mapping based on the HLA imputation output, then you can meta-analyze on effect sizes of association test results by HATK.
