This branch was originally created to finish making "heatmap" plotting module, but while testing HLA-C, I found that the output of "MakeDictionary" causes a serious glitch in creating a marker panel by "MakeReference"(because "MakeReference" uses the output of "MakeDictionary").
Not only that glitch, but I found that a few more parts should be refined. So the heatmap module hasn't been finished perfectly though, I'll merge this branch to the main branch now and handle the parts related to the glitch mentioned above first.
