Change Manhattan plot #28

Hi all,

I wonder if it is possible to change the threshold line and Y axis limit of Manhattan plot? Also, is there any way to add labels of HLA alleles which passed the threshold?

I managed to change the threshold line and Y lim by modifying the assocplot_HATK.R script.
