Build whenever something is pushed to the master

• [ ] get some static domain name (or IP if possible)
  • [x] configure some dynamic DNS to point to our IP manually
  • [ ] automatize dynamic DNS upates -> @barooney configured his router to update our DDNS provider... waiting 3 days for validation.
  • [x] register a proper domain name
  • [x] reconfigre the DNS to the new domain -> vice versa: configured proper domain, to point to dynamic domain name
• [x] configure our router accordingly
• [x] utilize githubs hooks
  • [x] manage to receive some signal from github on push
  • [x] trigger automated builds on push
  • [x] trigger webhost pull on push via ssh
