Hey,

I improved the game a little further. You can check out the latest version, without being tracked as an actual page view here: Game Link.

Now we need to decide on the features we want to implement next. I prepared an incomplete list where we can add features and vote for their priorities: Feature List.

Can you also estimate how often and how long you want to work on this project?

Okay, I'll check the list and leave my comments there

Well, actually I'm only working on my website, but since this is something I would like to show, I can spare a couple of hours more, I think. I mean, essentially would like to at least have a demo :)

Cool!

I will be able to start working on it in 2 weeks. Unfortunately I can't before because of the deadline of this webshop and then I'll finish Hector's website.

About how much time, I'd say at least until the demo is acceptable :)

Prios:

Priority lists: Please try to change the prio-list again... i changed the sharing-properties. Do you both have google accounts to login with? then i could restrict the access to the document.

ISO perspective makes more work on both sides, graphics and programming. Probably I would learn a new game engine for that purpose. But I also think it looks more professional/advanced. We should decide if that based on the questions, if we want a quick shot or more of a long term project. I'd assume an ISO game takes trice as long. I'm open to both, but I want somehow "finish" it (whatever that means). E.g. if you only have 2 month to work on this game, because you'll have a job then, I'd stay with the top-down version. On the other hand, if it's ok, if we still work on the game next year, then I'd prefer ISO.

I'm fine with both, you can decide on it. My only two criterion is that I want a finished game. So don't overload your own schedule. And I want a mobile game, so think how we would display it graphically on a small screen.

Scorpions currently it's our main villain, but it's up to you to extend the priority list with new enemies :)

Human-like Aliens: I'm fine with any graphics, I leave the final decision up to you. But I'll always give you critical feedback:

Cactees same argument as for scorpions, we can do any other obstacles. Just add them to the list. We are not necessarily bound to the game jam topics anymore. So we could also make a game, where two humans landed on an alien planet. Poisonous plants would make more sense there and we'd have much more creative freedom than in a dessert.

Organisation: answering these kind of messages is often demotivating to me, because it takes hours and it's easy to forget some points. Can we instead open unique guthub-issues on each of the discussion topics? It makes stuff easier to find later and easier to answer all the questions.

Now that my website is finished, I will be able to work with the video game at 100% and whether I am able to find a job now or not, I would like to work on my free time on this, also to have something finished.

About the ISO perspective, I am fine with both, I rather prefer something more viewable, then that would be something I can really show in my gallery. I'm going to make some examples (2 at least) and we can decide which one is the best option (regarding time consuming usw.)
