instead of {iteration.index} use {iterator.index} to get the numbers

Why is <div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" ... > used instead of <html ...> - is this <div> really needed? Works for me with <html ...> after adjusting .card-img-top with height: auto;
