dataset download error

hi, I'm studying your paper recently, and found the question that: ucf crime dataset can not be downloaded, the error information is "You don't have permission to access /cchen/UCF_Crimes.tar.gz on this server.Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at crcv.ucf.edu Port 80"? what cause this issue? thanks a lot~

@sdd9465 I'd like to recommend you and all the guys to adopt the Dat Desktop or command line to download the UCF_Crime dataset. The dat link is "dat://3b3e6b0949acac6ca2187f24400e2760eaed1dd2c0bb326515d7ee3ca01e82d3". More information about Dat on UCF wiki: http://newton.i2lab.ucf.edu/wiki/Dat. I am downloading the dataset through this way. Only 17% have been downloaded. Thanks for the efforts of @WaqasSultani and their colleagues.
