I'm not sure if the issue exists, but I did not yet check to see if it does. I don't ever remember making modifications to the old War3Source for dodge checking.
4 January 2013 - It currently checks for !Hexed, but not every type of evasion comes from a skill. We should add something like the iDamageBonus modifier for extra damage that lets you toggle different checks. - Glider
