Removed Mogu static models
Removed Titanforged static models
Removed Storm Giant static models
Removed Frost Giant static models
Added Godhjera's public shader pack to allow texture patterns on characters
Added marble texture pattern to Titanforged models
Added stone texture pattern to Mogu models
Created Storm Giant ethnicity
Created Frost Giant ethnicity

Tests:

[X] There are no errors in wc files in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\logs\error.log except portrait_decals.cpp:101
[X] The mod takes less than 5.5 GB in the Task Manager (Windows)

How to test: Boot up game, view appearances for Mogu, Titanforged, Storm Giants and Frost Giants

Should be no errors in error.log relevant to this pull request
