Describe your suggestion in full detail below:

Enslave weaker/dumber races (i.e Kobold, Hozen, Pygmy) decision for evil religions, if they are taken over
- Gives bonuses to slave owners based on the enslaved cultures in their territory (i.e If Kobold enslaved...bonus to mines etc.)
